I'm normally very active but the pandemic limited my access to swimming pools and other exercise. Not to mention sitting behind a computer on Zoom all day. These changes ultimately exacerbated a back issue that previously was just temporary. Enter Drs. Westbrook and the change happened. I had been skeptical of chiropractors before but with so much discomfort (as some people will tell you with back pain: it's not so much the pain as it is the inability to do the normal, everyday things one enjoys), I figured it was worth a shot.
